KBAB (SWE), also known as Kebaben, "the kebab" is the only one who provides student appartments for rent in Kiruna, on Geologgatan and Skyttegatan. Sign up for their queue as soon as possible. Other ways to get appartments is to look at blocket (SWE), ask around by old (moving) students, or getting a larger non-student appartment and live together with friends. New student appartments are being built in the new city core.

 

Most importantly, don't let the fear of living in an igloo dishearten you from applying to one of the master degrees! Spacemasters will get accommondation through the university for the first term, so there's no need to panic.
